FAQ

Questions & Answers

What time is The Church open?

The Church is open from 12 midday til 4pm. We are only normally open on specific Sunday afternoons as advertised. Please check our events for the dates we are open. On very busy days, such as Bank Holidays, we will open the doors at 11.30am to ensure the whole crowd is in before we start the show.

How much are tickets?

Ticket prices for Sundays vary but it will always be cheaper to buy online in advance. Normally, we will have an early bird discount for tickets sold more than two weeks in advance. Any remaining tickets will be sold on the door on the day at the highest value. Any tickets not claimed by 1.30 will be resold to queuing customers.

Can I buy tickets in advance?

Yes! We sell tickets online for every event. Head to the tickets area of our website and click on the date you would like to purchase tickets. Advance online tickets will always be the cheapest ticket option.

Can I get a discount?

If you are in one of our concessionary groups you will receive a free drink on showing your ID at the door upon entry only. (EXCLUDING SPECIAL EVENTS & BANK HOLIDAYS). These groups are emergency services personnel, nurses, armed forces, students and members. We also provide some deals for large groups, birthdays, hen do's, stag do's etc (at least 20+). Please contact us for more information. Contact hello@thechurch.co.uk

What's the deal with the beer tickets?

Beer tickets cost £12 and entitle you to three drinks at the bar. Single drinks can be bought at the bar for £4.

What shall I wear?

Relax, we just want you to have fun! If you're feeling up for it then get the fancy dress out...you won't be alone! Otherwise girls dress for a gig (we wouldn't advise high heels) and everyone NO football shirts please.

Do you have a cloakroom?

We do have a cloak room where you can store your coats and bags. It is £2 per item.

Do you post my tickets to me?

No, we just email it straight to you in. Once you buy a ticket it will come attached to your email confirmation as a .pdf file. The ticket has a QR code that we scan at the door. Either print the ticket and bring it with you or if you have a smartphone then have the attachment open on the QR code and ready when you get to the door for scanning. You can also download an app from out thrid party ticket seller eventbrite to store your tickets on.

I lost my tickets/Wrong Address

Email us at hello@thechurch.co.uk and we can resend your email to you or we can look you up on the door but you may have to wait while other people are scanned in.
